　　近日，山西省应急管理厅组织全省505个危化品和化工企业主要负责人开展了集中培训和考试。

　　山西省应急管理厅要求，要进一步加强危险化学品企业受限空间作业安全管理。在排查整治方面，重点整治全省危险化学品生产企业、一般化工和化学制药企业，危险化学品生产建设项目，涉及重大危险源的危险化学品经营储存企业。

　　在大教育大培训方面，重点培训受限空间作业安全基础知识，危险有害因素和安全防范措施，安全操作规程，安全防护设备、个体防护用品及应急救援装备的正确使用，紧急情况下的应急处置措施以及典型事故案例等内容。

　　山西省应急管理厅要求，各级应急管理部门要将受限空间作业作为日常检查的重点，对未开展受限空间安全作业培训以及检查发现的重大隐患违法行为，一律顶格上限处罚。
