　　除夕夜，当璀璨的礼花在空中绽放，当新年的钟声在耳边响起，当千家万户在共庆新春佳节之时，他们依旧在岗……“队员们日日夜夜在祖国边疆驻守，今天我们也要为他们站一次岗，让他们吃上一顿热热闹闹的年夜饭，看上一场完完整整的春节联欢晚会。”新疆森林消防总队巴州森林消防支队阿克苏大队党员干部主动带头，全体干部纷纷走上哨位，成为了除夕夜最美的一道风景线。

　　干部除夕夜替队员站岗，是该大队光荣传统，旨在让每一名队员都能享受“家”的温暖，吃好一顿年夜饭、看一场完整的春节联欢晚会。

　　干部带头上岗执勤，为队伍做出了表率，队员们纷纷表示：这是干部们给队员们新年送上的一份新年礼物，一定将这份关心转化为干好工作的强大动力，认真履行职责使命，用实际行动推动大队全面建设。
