云南省大理州消防救援支队以提升服务质量为着力点，把便民、利民、指导、服务等工作贯穿到优化营商环境全过程，以实际行动提升消防服务水平和执法质量，进一步优化消防营商环境，服务全州经济社会高质量发展。
按照全州稳住经济大盘、助企纾困和“放管服”的总体要求，支队及时出台优化营商环境18项措施，从提升消防政务效能、减轻企业负担压力、优化消防服务质量“三个方面”予以加强，积极推行消防“首违不罚”“轻微不罚”的柔性执法措施，引导企业强化自主管理，助推全州经济社会高质量发展。
推行便民利企服务套餐，凡是公众聚集场所申请消防安全检查的，可实行线上申报、异地申报、异地受理，申请资料“一次告知”。组建消防服务队，全程为重大建设项目提供消防技术咨询、培训和管理指导，帮助提升企业消防管理能力。全程跟进落地大理州重大项目，组建消防技术服务队，对重大项目施工单位和涉及项目免费实施消防技术咨询，点对点会诊指导，帮助解决了一批消防技术难题。
